With new openings planned for 2026, the 5Y Group continues to grow by investing in experienced, responsible, and passionate professionals in oriental cuisine.
We are currently recruiting a Head Chef (Full-time) with experience in Wok cuisine to join one of our restaurants , in Braga.
Main Responsibilities
Prepare and cook dishes using Asian cuisine and wok cooking techniques;
Ensure the correct execution of recipes and the group’s quality standards;
Support the kitchen team with mise en place and service organization;
Ensure proper control and storage of food products;
Comply with food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP).
Requirements
Proven experience in Asian cuisine and wok cooking (mandatory);
Knowledge of stir-frying techniques and fast-paced cooking preparation;
Teamwork skills, agility, and attention to detail;
Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and reliability;
Immediate availability and flexible schedule.
